The Dancing Diva

She is an understated beauty. She has that movie star look but not overtly tall and willowy. There's hardly any makeup on her face except for an occasional eyeliner and a light coloured lipstick. She is all about simplicity, making things easy. She walks with confidence, radiating an intelligent beauty. But more than looks, it is the innate rhythm that she is blessed with. A naturally gifted dancer who brings wordless interpretation of soft strings as she twirls and turns to the beats. 

She moves like water transformed by music, flowing in graceful motion. Her dance paints a picture in the air that sound alone cannot achieve. Her large dark eyes twinkle as her body effortlessly sets into motion at the sound of music. 

Her long black hair with auburn highlights cascade down her back in soft curled layers like midnight waves of the ocean and gently move from side to side as she grooves.  She has a smile on her face that extends all the way up to her eyes. There is a purposeful clarity in each step as she glides on the dance floor with absolute control.

Her movements can never be captured in a single photograph. Any snapshot in time can never be enough to explain what her moves conveyed. There is joy and laughter, love and grace; emotions given a physical form. She is a daughter of passion with elegance at its finest. 

Expression through movement is her genius and watching her dance is more breath-taking than the new flowers of spring. She dances for laughter and tears. She dances for fears and screams. She is a dancer, she creates dreams.
